Learn how to create a new property in SuiteOp with this guide.

Before adding properties in SuiteOp, you must connect your PMS to SuiteOp. Visit our PMS integration tutorial collection at this link for more details on the PMS <> SuiteOp connnection process.

You can create properties in SuiteOp in two ways, by importing from your PMS or by manually creating. Even if you manually create a property, you will be able to connect this to your PMS later.

Method 1 (preferred) - From our Integrations Page

• Log-in to SuiteOp 

• Head to the let-hand-side menu Integrations page

• Under the Property Management Systemssection, look for your PMS

• Click on your PMS

• Connect to your PMS if you haven’t already

If you have connected your PMS and don’t see the listing, click the gear icon and “Sync listings” to refresh the list

• Under the column SuiteOp Property, click on the Add Propertybutton

• Review the details and add each property

• These will now pull into your Properties page!

Method 2 - From the Properties Page

• Head to to dash.suiteop.com 

• Head to the let-hand-side menu Properties

• Click Add Newon the top-right-hand corner, then onAdd Property

• Manually enter any property details
