Quick access links are shortcuts that help guests quickly reach specific sections, pages, or resources in** SuiteOp**. They make it easy to find important features or frequently used areas, saving time and simplifying navigation.

SuiteOp has 4 quick access link that you can enable through the Portal.

Uber

This enables users to open their Uber app through the portal if they need a ride to your listing. (Note: The Uber Quick Access Link is not supported on desktop.)

Report an Issue

This enables guests to reach you using the contact information provided in your portal.

This is how it will appear on the guest portal.

Guests can also open a support ticket by providing their contact number, setting the priority based on the urgency of the issue, describing the problem, and optionally attaching an image. Once the ticket is submitted, your team will receive an email notification.

Find Parking

This feature allows guests to find parking through SuiteOp. We offer two Quick Access Links for parking:

• The first link is for guests in the US and Canada, directing them to SpotHero .

• The second link is for UK guests only, directing them to JustPark .

Rent baby gear

This feature assists guests traveling with their families who need baby gear for their little ones. The Quick Access Link directs them to BabyQuip , which provides services in hundreds of cities across the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Australia, and New Zealand.
