Step 1: Access the Integrations page in SuiteOp

Log into your SuiteOp account

Navigate to Settings in the main menu

Select Integrations from the settings menu

Locate Track from the list of available integrations and click on the Track logo
You will be redirected to the Track Authentication Screen.
Step 2: Generate API credentials in Track
Now you’ll need to get your API credentials from Track.
- Open a new browser tab and log into your Track account
- Go to Settings > Company Setup > API Keys
- Click Create Server Key
- Copy both the Key and** Secret** that are generated** Important:** Keep this information secure and do not share it
Step 3: Complete authentication in SuiteOp
Return to the Track Authentication Screen in SuiteOp.

In the Username field, paste the** API Key** you copied from Track

In the Password field, paste the** API Secret** you copied from Track

In the System Name field, enter your** Track customer subdomain name** This is the unique identifier for your Track account (e.g., if your Track URL is
yourcompany.track.com, enteryourcompany) -
Click Authenticate or** Connect** The system will verify your credentials and establish the connection. You should see a success message once the integration is complete.
Troubleshooting connection issues
If you encounter issues during authentication:

Invalid credentials error: Double-check that you’ve copied the API Key and Secret correctly from Track with no extra spaces

System name error: Verify that you’re entering your subdomain name only, not the full URL

Connection timeout: Ensure your Track account is active and you have admin permissions in both platforms
